1.Internet connection.
2.Adobe flash player 9 or higher installed
3.Web browser
4.Head phone with MIC.
Note: U can call only one time using same IP a day. But It can be exceeded if u have dynamic IP like BSNL broadband....
Disconnect ur Internet and call again u will be able to make another call.
STEPS
1. open http://www.evaphone.com.
2. U will see Dial box as shown in above image.
3. Select country AND Dial no u want
4.After Advertisement u will be connected to call.
