1) Extract the TurboC.rar file 

2) Start the installation by double clickking on "INSTALL "

3) Follow the on screen instructions 

4) After installation , go to the installed directory and find a folder names as "TC"

5) In that go to bin and then start c++ with the "tc.exe"
