Make your Walls Interesting !!!

Just because you live in a small space does not mean your walls should be bland ! Sometimes, your walls are your only real available space !! The photos above are all great examples of interesting walls.

Dine In...

I'm seeing a lot of decor pictures where people are using all sorts of different chairs for their dining tables. I personally love it. I also like when the chairs are different and do not match. Even if you only have space for ONE chair, make sure of two things...you love to look at it AND sit in it !

Blending Rooms

When you do not have a lot of space to begin with, its hard to know how to blend rooms that spill into each other. The first thing I do when planning a room is ask myself exactly HOW is this rooom going to be used. Every inch in a small home or apartment is valuable space that you don't want to waste ! Washing machines are now making there way to bathrooms and kitchens. Thinking differently about how we live is very important in small space planning !
