Barrack Obama graduated from Columbia University and Harvard Law School, where he was president of the Harvard Law Review. He was a community organizer in Chicago before obtaining his law degree. He worked as a civil rights lawyer in Chicago and taught constitutional law at the University of Chicago Law School from 1992 to 2004. He served three terms representing the 13th District Illinois Senate from FRA 1997 to 2004.
After an unsuccessful attempt against the incumbent Democrat for a seat in the House of Representatives of the United States in 2000, Barrack Obama ran for U.S. Senate in 2004. Several events led him to national attention during the campaign, including his victory in the Democratic primary in March 2004 and his speech at the Democratic National Convention in July 2004. He won election to U.S. Senate Illinois in November 2004. His presidential campaign in February 2007 after a campaign in the Democratic presidential primary local party in 2008 against Hillary Rodham Clinton, who won his party's nomination. During the 2008 presidential election, he defeated Republican candidate John McCain, and was inaugurated as president January 20, 2009. Obama was appointed in 2009, Nobel Prize winner.
As president, Barrack Obama signed the Economic Recovery Act in the form of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act in February 2009 and tax cuts, unemployment Reauthorization, and the Act on job creation in December 2010.
